Meet Gina Salyer
My name is Gina Salyer. I have been a real estate professional in the North San Diego County for over 25 years. I have lived in Encinitas since 1987 and my husband and I have called Encinitas our home as we raised our 3 wonderful children, and now 2 grandchildren. My husband has been a local high school teacher at Santa Fe Christian Schools for over 25 years. We have strong ties and commitments to our community.
In my practice of real estate, I am well known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers, sellers, and cooperating agents. My approach to my transaction is this, “it is about the people, not the agent”. During my career in real estate, I have helped over 300 families purchase and sell homes in San Diego North County. I know what it means to communicate and I know what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless!
